History

Howick Pre-Primary was started by Mrs Linley as a playschool / nursery school. In 1978 it was taken over by the Education Department under the Principal, Mrs Warren. In 1984 the enrolment was increased to 120 children. Since then, we have had various Principals and teachers. Howick Pre-Primary has 5 groups and each group is catered for within the school environment and at each childs particular level of development.

As from January 2008, Howick Pre-Primary became an independent Pre-Primary, however it is still registered with the Department of Education. Children from the ages 2 - 6 are welcome.
